This practice was founded on two guiding principles: 1) every business matters and 2) every business owner should have access to high quality legal counsel they can afford. So we abandoned the traditional model of legal services that involved high overhead, and even higher hourly billing rates, and created a practice focused on building long term relationships with clients that we believe make their communities a better place.  We believe in open communication, helping business owners to understand the law instead of just reciting it to them, and partnering with companies that are looking for more than just a service provider.
